If Friday is the last day to close ( before the 30th which is Sunday ) then we still have a chance to see this get completed , Within 4 business days of the Closing Date Wednesday or Thursday would be with those 4 business days or even today it could still happen . No worries here ..Are they taking it to the wire ? Possibly .

Parent shall file a Current Report or Current Reports on Form 8-K with the SEC within four (4) business days of the Closing Date containing information about the Transactions and pro forma financial statements of Parent and the Company and audited financial statements of the Company as required by Regulation S-K under the Securities Act (the “8-K Reports”). The Company agrees to provide any necessary information for preparation of the 8-K Reports.
