What did the company owe Zimbler for? Was it a debt, severance package, or something else that was incurred during the time of the predecessor? If he is a former Director shouldn't his annual payments be coming from Robustomed? Aside from his annual payment, there is no mention of his role in the current Enzolytics (post Enzolytics and BioClonetics merger). If the CCC team do gain control of ENZC will Charles continue this annual payment to James?
