And I hope that, unlike at the most recent annual meeting, Linda is prepared and able to present a positive view of recent developments and avoid delivering an unfocused message.

My thoughts are a lot simpler. Simply by checking out what are the hedge funds which have been invested heavily in protoemics and RNA sequencing and BPs which have both ADCs and t-cell engager programs, I am certain NWBO has no funding problem. Plus DCVax-L is going to be the cornerstone of the Moonshot program. Why does LP need to worry about funding issue?

Everything you say is right on BUT I think that while longs are willing to give NW the complete benefit of the doubt on raising that $150-200M, the market isn't. NW has been raising loans up to $10M, continuing to sell stock via C class shares (1-25 conversion to normal stock) up to $3M in a quarter and the $3m from SIO. That's enough to keep the lights on and spend $4M on mfg for Specials, etc. Kudos to them for continuing to be able to come up with their lunch money so to speak But now they need several orders of magnitude more than that. IMO Linda needs to tell us where the money will come from, at least because I don't believe the market is going to support the stock without knowing how this broke company is going to get their hands on that kind of money. Of course, I have asked DI to answer this question at the ASM. Linda doesn't have to address this, but IMO if it's left unaddressed or without any clear answer, new buyers of the stock will probably remain as rare as hen's teeth unless and until they 'show us the money'. JMHO.

In making this agreement, Roswell Park basically acknowledges that fact, and has ceded the ground. So what Northwest Bio has done with this in-licensing agreement is basically turned potentially competing technology, into a potential asset for Northwest Bio.

hyperopia, Thanks for your excellent post and for pointing this out to us. I was wondering if we didn't just buy the competition.
