I don't understand any shareholder would vote YES for compensation at this moment. Why those insiders still want award when nothing positive can share during ASM this time? unless MHRA approval happen before ASM.

Even though I am bullish the outcome of dcvax-l, but company has granted too many options to those insiders. And NWBO still trade at 46 cents!

Agreed. It has to be tied to performance (mainly share price). In fact, even their salaries should be tied to that and not just votes on true up.
