Thanks Ex, I know that. The first days in Gualula they did an IV as my blood pressure went very low. Since returning home I'm monitoring the BP and it's staying in a good range thus far. I know it's mostly water I'm losing, so I expect I'll put back most of the weight once I'm okay, but hopefully I can keep at least some of it off.
Hopefully this eases in the next couple days, most of the literature seems to say it only lasts a few days, but I'm older and somewhat immune compromised, so I guess it's a greater problem for me. It's good to be home, where we have bidet's, it does make a difference.
