Respectfully, Zip, whenever there is a reverse split the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of the investors losing their shirts.
The slight loss per share gets magnified after a RS split. And, a company doing would never be in a position needing a RS to get their stock price over a buck.
Let’s hope that the buyback not only gets the stock price elevated, but it gets the market to change its outlook towards Amarin and Vazkepa’s prospects going forward and we leave the sub a dollar territory far behind in the dust.
