This scam is much to small for the SEC to become involved.

It would take a great deal of work to get the attention of the SEC and it is unlikely that the DOJ would become involved.

Are you seriously attempting to give the CCC team a pass? If the downfall transpired in a week to month timeframe early on, I could give them the benefit of the doubt that they were ignorant of the wrongdoings occurring in their company or that Harry had pulled the wool over their eyes. To me the CCC team checked out for all of the SPAC BCA deal (most of 2023, if not before then). The CCC team are not stupid people and should have easily seen that this SPAC deal was doomed to fail and that there was no PIPE funding in place. To pretend that it is all Harry's fault is just wrong. I am not stating Harry is innocent and did not do anything wrong, but there is no way that the CCC team is innocent and did not see this occurring if they were still involved with the company until 3/25/24. When did the CCC team stop caring for and/or running Enzolytics?
