that's a cooked news release by DJ, AP and Reuters fwiw. VPHM received tax benefits in 05, and paid out tax in 06. No mention of that thre. They released guidance at the start of .20 cents for the 4th and the stock went up. They beat that by .05 cents. Revenue increased 33% vs. same qtr. last year.
