That makes no sense. Nwbo has a good drug but so far management has fumbled several of their own deadlines to approval, killed the stock price, and has the shittiest pr arm ever. You can have a great pruduct but still screw up the execution and delivery, which they have certainly done. 4 years from data lock, and here we are at .40, still with no FDA submission.
