@ xoom....better be careful from what "hatches" from the egg AZ Cowboy has laid... it might be a chicken.......he says "in his opinion"......the Euros he says will be paid... to who?.... investors in Europe bought those sub Prime MBS backed by real estate liar loans.....the investors get the money, not WMI.... why?... WMI sold those Bonds to investors with Bank depositors and Fed Funds... when there was a run on the bank, and short selling began, it left a 16 billion dollar hole in the balance sheet of WAMU... thats why the OTS shut it down and went into receivership....The FDIC is holding those Bonds for payments back to the investors, not you!!!!!!..... when Kerry sold those Euros, WAMU got the money, then lost it to bank runs, and short sellers...Besides, the FDIC has already stated that there will be no recovery for equity holders when the receivership closes...keep watching for something to hatch... it might happen soon....Lodas
