Some very interesting and possible scenarios. I can’t help but think they’ve already got it figured out because of the previous Form 8-K this week. That was A LOT of money to settle if they didn’t already have the path forward paved. Hopefully, we will know by end of week. Also hoping we close by end of month, or at least get notification of an actual closing date.
