Understand your philosophy, guess I simply believe everyone until given a reason not to.
The cell tower power units testing shouldn't take more than a few months. I'd imagine building the data center unit will be more lengthy. I guess they'd have to stick to a conventional UPS type back-up system and perhaps a third source with conventional power until dependability is proven. Time should tell all.
