The negativity is spawning from the declining share price and lack of updates. That is guaranteed to happen on all stocks with similar circumstances. It is frustrating to have funds tied up for so long. Hopefully they are not the same negative ones. They won't be helping their situation any..LOL.
The current economy has not been ideal for reverse mergers. Investment money is not flowing like it was years ago.
