Am not worried about A/S..many companies have to list this,they won't be in the tradeable float unless their is another filing stating that. In any event there will be plenty of time/warning before any of these shares enter the market...case in point TSTC,float is only 5 mil or so,but they have more A/S....Float is what matters moast,not A/S
