What's the difference between 5 billion and 11 billion for a subpenny stock? Once you're over 1 billion, it really doesn't matter. On the other hand look at a stock such as FCCN, wherein that stock's A/S was increased to 5 billion. However, FCCN was at the point trading at .05 and, therefore, a large A/S increase was cause for concern as the Company could have diluted pps all the way down from .05 back to subpennies. For CHNW, already sitting on a 5 billion A/S and trading subpennies, a measly 6 billion A/S increase is no cause for concern.
