We go to the same place you do ! ... On Coretecs Matthew Hoffman resigning as the COO and CFO on June 2nd , filing on June 6th , i would think he timed his departure very very close to the Closing Date otherwise Coretec would have to pay Matt Kappers to kind of fill in, if he could , but then he would have to get paid for his time doing financial related responsibilities and since they both took shares instead of cash it looks like they are very low on cash and they may not have been an option. CFO work just does not just stop being needed even for shorter amounts of time especially NOW . Therefore the Closing Date , i believe is very very close and Matthew departure was planned to take place just before Closing . Im sure he worked this out with Coretec and his new job to be done a the appropriate time .

I am the recipient of stem cells for leukemia over 9 years ago, and it was a miracle. However, I will caution against some claims where stem cells are advertised for all sorts of things. I have friends who had their knees invested and claimed that they were better, but now they have had knee replacement surgery so it wasn't a long-term benefit .

I saw one product that claimed to have stem cells, best I could tell, It had tomato seeds, I guess that they are the stem cells for tomatoes.

I'm only suggesting that people should investigate the claims before spending a lot of money. I am all for experimental products in proper trials being more available to all under right to try or compassionate use, but not for totally unsubstantiated claims.
