Parki tried the ol' let my head (44 pumps) pumper handle it a few years ago when the lawsuits were piling up, and all of us around then know what a complete shit show that strategy turned out to be - costing shareholders millions in interest from unpaid and unaddressed judgements in the form of blowing up the OS.
PS - the 5% and above threshold and who that involves will be interesting if and when they ever actually post anything audited.
