Stuck longs are called stuck longs for a reason, but even the most zealous Parki sycophant has to wonder why he hasn't taken the time to fully explain exactly how or why anyone should believe a) HHSE qualifies to request an exemption; b) why the exemptions as written apply to HHSE; c) how exactly, if they qualify, HHSE plans to insure that the all governance conditions are followed; and d) HHSE's strategy to insure that any post acceptance minimums are not breached.

With the PPS currently sitting a tick above a half penny and very low volume generated for some time now (to the positive), again, even the most fervent of believers should question exactly what the strategy is here.
