Would you prefer that I said "production ready" instead of "complete" or "final"?

Because that's what I was talking about, and that's what you were talking about.

You claim that the PDKs are production ready and your proof is that transceiver companies are working with the modulators.

I say your proof falls short because they can be working with those modulators even while the Foundries do not believe the PDK is production ready. And, we have no conception of how significant they are "working" with them, as the feedback on that is from Marcelli.
