Numbnuts is just trying to twist everything I say into a pretzel to confuse the issue at hand. So we agree then that management could convert with no notice to the public until the deed is done. And, they don't need 51% they just need, as a group, more than anyone else which seems pretty easy to do given the base is all retail.
