#198451 RE: I-Glow #198450

SEC reporting companies can include bad information in their reports whether on purpose or by mistake. In this case I believe it is on purpose. Enzolytics is not an SEC reporting company but should be providing accurate information. SEC reporting and higher OTC tier listings are held to a higher standard. This is why I and many others wanted the company to audit and uplist. In this case I believe the author of this disclosure is going out of their way to hide the negative information on Enzolytics. Were you able to find examples of SPACs that failed to complete a business combination agreement (or failed to meet their articles of incorporation (or the revised edition)) that went on to trade on a different tier (OTC) after being delisted from Nasdaq? I have yet to find an example.
