I'm not going to belabor the point. But I'd be pissed if my broker confirmed any of my trades to a news source without my permission.

I agree with Bull on this one. I don't think it matters what that idiot posted referencing his account holdings. ETRADE should have just said that they can not comment on an individual's account. They would only be allowed to present said information to the SEC/FINRA et al. Not to some news source....but this is where we are today in this broken market.
