#198442 RE: Timing101 #198441

Actually, the common stock A/S according to OTC Markets has been 3,900,000,000 since at least 8/1/23. I've got a picture of it. This is an example of the reasons I keep saying they need an internal CFO, assuming they want to file accurate reports (JMHO):
(1) the Balance sheet on page 28 of the 1Q 2024 report at 3/31/24 shows:

Common stock, $.0001 par value; 3,000,000,000 shares
authorized
, 3,187,974,257 and 3,172,974,257 issued and
outstanding at March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023,
respectively

(2) While on the same report on page 3, the narrative shows:

Trading symbol: ENZC PK
Exact title and class of securities outstanding: COMMON
CUSIP: 294112107
Par or stated value: 0.0001
Total shares authorized: 3,750,000,000 as of date: 3/31/2024
Total shares outstanding: 3,187,974,957 as of date: 3/31/2024
Total number of shareholders of record: 244 as of date: 3/31/2024

(3) Security Details page at OTC Markets shows:
Common stock A/S on 8/1/23 as 3,900,000,000 and still 3,900,000,000 on 1/19/24...both of which are prior to 3/31/24...
and again 3,900,000,000 as of 6/5/24.

So, I'm guessing OTC Markets will be the more authoritative source since its numbers are verified by the Transfer Agent, and that ENZC's numbers in some cases (not just the A/S example above) are prepared by outside accountants, who may not be fully/currently informed or attentive to details, and there is no qualified CFO internally to review (or better yet...to prepare) the reports, preferably a CPA since they are bound by ethics. This example is nitpicking, but I've seen more serious errors in reporting over the last 3 years or so. JMHO.

What is the true number of Authorized Shares? I have questioned this before in November of 2023 and did not receive an answer. I was told at the time the discrepancy I was seeing was just a typo.

Ok, so the number of Authorized Shares as reported by otcmarkets.com and verified by the transfer agent can not be counted on. I should rely on the number reported by the company quarterly report, correct? I could be mistaken, but I thought the number of Authorized Shares was increased before the end of the second quarter (it may have been first quarter) to 3.9 Billion, even though the quarterly report posted on 8/21/2023 or the corrected version posted on 8/22/2023 (both of which are still reported as active) claim 3.0 Billion. Why is the company leaving an incorrect filing active (8/21/2023)? Is the number of Authorized Shares then 3.9 Billion as stated by otcmarkets.com and verified by the transfer agent, or 3.75 Billion as declared in the 3rd quarter disclosure?

IMHO, Harry will dilute forever as selling 'something' as his own line and his only revenue source to my knowledge. He and Sharabura will pump the empty shell, with stories, no results or sales at all, until all are left and gone. This is all going into his pocket, currently at .0029c pps today.

Some ask here, "Then why keep it at all, why not join the bashing?"

BECAUSE, the only way our shares will retain their value and possibly grow nicely someday, is if the CCC gang can regain full control. They will have authority to remove shares and convert them, lower the float etc... and get it going again. Otherwise, we've all lost big, huge, and we don't want that. If we just knew some of the odds as to the outcome, we'd know whether to accumulate or stand pat, or selloff for micro-pennies.

I'll bet you won't see anything from any other board member other than Sharabura, as they are non-participating names, probably only activated if they actually do make any business happen first. This is Harry and Sharabura's shell-game now, nothing more. SAGA's dead, so Kostiner probably just shoots over an empty email from time to time. Wish the SEC had the gumption to go jail Kostiner and begin pursuit of Zhabilov shortly thereafter. If you haven't filed your SEC compliant against those three by now, you're not helping much. I used the link one of our members posted a couple of weeks back. Nice way to start the compliant list going for fraud charges.
