Assuming MTD is denied, discovery phase is next... and yes, I AM assuming the defendants in this trial do not want the entirety of the companies in all the markets to know how they do business, and who they are GIVING THE BUSINESS. IIRC, Citadel alone made $62 Billion in profit last year. If all 7 defendants chipped in $500 million, you're looking at $3.5 billion... really a drop in the bucket compared to what they potentially could be sued for if everyone they have spoofed sues them...
