Your last line is a classic. Also paying off the loan by crushing the retail base in the process will be something that investors will never forget. At one time I was proud to be a Niocorp shareholder. Then I realized that management does not give a dam about the ship sinking as long as they have a lifeboat. Yorkville was a savior for management to get paid while also a torpedo fired at the share price.

what is the downside if a buyer buys out the whole lock stock and barrel.? Where would that leave us as investors with shares?
