Bullsh1t.. tier one is years away. They only just exchanged phone numbers. Lebby dangling carrot because he knows the stocks dumping now and he wants shareholders locked in while him and his chums cream the price even more! That is more closer to the truth than tier one!!!
I'm fuzzy about whether the biggest fabs are considered tier one. You get a world class fab, and you know it is because they have multiple tier ones as customers. I'm still fuzzy.
