I understand but on the other hand wouldn't having these additional options to keep their equity ownership at 16 percent help in protecting NWBO from an unwanted takeover at a fraction of the price that longs believe would be warranted? Even if I don't like it, which I don't, I have to go along w management because LP wants to hit a homerun which aligns with what I expect the share price should be.
