Did I miss something here. Why are some of you saying 2 billion buyback. I thought it was up to a billion not two.

here it is:Estimated Market Cap: 18.309M as of 2007-02-27 (based on Outstanding Shares as of 2006-12-31)
Authorized Shares: 10,000,000,000 as of 2006-12-31
This indicates to me that a buy back has been in place and pinksheets has more info than we do.
