That is dumb. How would ebet know they lost money right away in say just the first year of acquiring Aspire, hmmmmmmmmmmm

2 to 3 years and it is clear since the market cap and stock fell to where we are now.

All they have to do it show the chart in court in arbitration and say "see what Aspire did to EBET"
