When you post stuff like the following - post facts to prove it:

What exactly did the lab space cost?

Here is some help. "the Company leases a 695 sq ft office and laboratory facility located at
800 Raymond Stotzer Parkway Building 1904, Suite 2106, College Station, Texas
77843 for $2,595.00 per month. The lease ends in December 2023. The lease is
currently month to month."

But oddly there isn't a entry for $31,140 in the 2023 Annual Report. I didn't find any entry for leases or rent.

So you double down on the the Texas A&M lab:

"They never had anything like that in Bulgaria, that A&M facility had state of the art everything for research of this kind, and the labs were just a mere part of it. You don't blow hundreds of thousands on staff and laboratories if you're just a scam."

So for Salaries and Wages:

"Salaries, wages and related costs $126,263"

"You don't blow hundreds of thousands on staff and laboratories if you're just a scam."

That is for the insiders so ENZC isn't paying paying hundreds of thousands on staff and Labs.

Have you called to verify that ENZC has lab space at Texas A&M?

I want to see how they account for the $360M is SAGA stock as an asset.
