The reason is , just a simple search will find the Dr. Keith Tong and the company listed are not one in the same, in fact all those Years posted about this supposed Dr. Tong is not related to any research with SPAD . Also although SPAD Technology
and the research can be found out there (even Nasa) , has to do with Light energy transfer in the very specific temperature programs in science projects (Large), there is no way SAGA (not even real anymore, plenty of facts posted in links, delisted, taken off by SEC and so forth) is even a company that has on going business.

Any OTC PR that has terms like NON BINDING, IN NEGOTIATION etc mean ZERO< NADA< NOTHING.
