Each Unit consists of one common share ("Common Share") of the Company, and one Common Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), each Warrant
entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share for a period of two years from the date of issuance for an exercise price of CAD$0.9579 per Common Share. The Private Placement is being completed with EV Metals VI LLC, a private company controlled by Jacob Warnock, a director of the Company ("EV Metals"). In connection with the Private Placement, the Company will pay a structuring fee to EV Metals (or as directed by EV Metals) in
the amount of USD$237,500 (CAD$324,852), payable through the issuance of 423,912 Common Shares (the "Structuring Fee")

Yes Trader, IBATF keeeps adding shares on a timed basis to cover operational costs of plant 1 in Utah..Sure it concerns us investors when they keep adding shares...Sucks for the pps to keep it down while growing a company..The loans for Dillutedshares to be would be better if it were a straight bank loan without the adding of shares to the OS..IMO..We will be fine for everyone who works for IBAT owns tons of shares in their company so that means they know..not think..that the company is going to succeed..Dillution here..Why does Sorcia put the money up? I am not an expert but Sorcia has the money to do so other than adding more shares to the OS..Your thoughts..?
