From my own experience adjuvant radiotherapy was nasty ultimately, interms of radiation necrosis. BUT until there is something to replace it, but staying at that price point, it will remain.
But because it’s a precisely targeted treated, it’s good to have it in the treatment arsenal

And that precision will only improve with the massive improvements in scanning tech over the last decade. Soon You’ll be able to zap the dick off a house fly at ten paces remotely ! 🤷🏻‍♂️
