Are you daft? This could be reinstated with Nevada SOS in 10 minutes if they sent in a very generic annual report and paid a fee. It’s just bureaucratic stuff. Don’t act as if it’s some sort of arduous process.
In regard to trading again, that’s also not very complicated if the paperwork is provided.
If someone targeted this for a custodianship, it would be a breeze.
