That could be what happens, but the CCC groups still seems confident they can take ENZC back.
Charles should have enough that he could compel Harry to leave, and/or land him in legal trouble with the authorities. That's not just my opinion either.
But, I don't have anything solid to prove that possibility for now, so I have to respect the fact that we all may have to do as you just said.
They (CCC) would have the authority with a new company, to proffer a discounted rate on shares for a very temporary time period, so that confirmed ENZC shareholders could get a better value start with the new company.
