I have searched and can not find a lithium brine extract plant for them to purchase.
I found a company in China that sells extraction equipment. https://www.sanfengtech.com/solution/lithium-brine-extraction/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIu_enjp-2hgMVIHJHAR2vqg_IEAMYASAAEgIvIPD_BwE
Even so, there would be some lag time to construct one.
Would you think they could purchase brine water from others and not their own production? That could speed up the process.

Bought a lithium plant? With what, the revenue from shipping containers full of chicken paws?

Maybe all that Brazilian sugar they sold to the Chinese?

Maybe they put a down payment upon the Lithium plant during the business travel expense, you know the 292K they spent after borrowing 600K or so to fund their broke asses.

You should inform these clowns, umm business guys that absolutely ZERO viable lithium exists in PA, or anywhere in the Northeast for that matter.

Now if they want to sound half ass credible regarding actual viable US deposits of lithium, those exist in Arkansas. But it's going to require at bit more investment than a two bit penny stock scam can muster up.

Have them holler at me if they'd like to get in on something real.

Or better yet serve me a C&D notice, then a subpoena to court when I fail to comply.

Then show proof (bill of sale/ deed),..easy peasy to vindicate bulls and hut bashers up, right? But no... if anything Park will post another worthless contract/ agreement/ MOU/ LOI.

What if they bought a lithium plant?
