The most valid point is the only way these guys make out on this is if they build a company of significant value.

Otherwise they have wasted a ton of time and their own money

Plus they dumped NHMD because Nate the ceo is a serial scammer and wanted to keep his preferred and toxic debt to screw shareholders after it ran.

If they wanted a scam they wound have stuck with Nate and NHMD
