Some people don’t know how to use a multimeter, nor do they know where to take test measurements for accurate readings…
In my opinion, they built this whole monster based on incorrect readings off capacitors.
This is a basic as reading peak to peak voltage, only to be later shown, it’s RMS that we generally refer to, except, for peak voltages through capacitors.
The “master electrician” certainly should have known this and bears some liability for perpetuating this scam, allowing them to use his name, his likeness, and using his profession position to assist the furtherance of this scam, in my opinion,
