Agreed it is undersold however you may want to compare info with current info in the IBOX. Most sites are using out of date share structure.
The dilution share structure change has consistantly thwarted positive trends from developing. When that changes it WILL turn about which will trigger radars and the pile on should be impressive.
We are nearing the tipping point IMO.
P.S. Anyone here consider that if Aspen does sell that sale alone would create a value to this company that is higher than the current pps? That one property alone!
