Not sure, you raise good points. I do know that Harry is a prime target for removal by the CCC group. They fully acknowledged that he has to be gone, and Chandra prefers him incarcerated too. I suspect if he's gone, any shares he illegally issued without a vote, if no cash was paid for them, could be rendered null and void.

They were not satisfied with just control, I know it's their purpose to remove Harry altogether. I think just a valid threat of legal action, or a new board vote to reduce other bad actor shares to common status would take care of the goals pretty succinctly. They could vote to remove Harry and VIRO, and leave ENZC open to just their own IPs. (Sell off VIRO for $1.00 and be rid of it.)

I suspect, if any of what I said ever came true, it would be because Charles has the goods on them and reported to both local/state authorities which he can, and to the SEC, if only to see what they'd be willing to do in going after Harry alone.

And if they isolated him as a non-voting shareholder, he'd probably be happy to settle for letting them succeed and making his shares worth a lot more. A lot of ways it could still work out. But you're right, Harry would have to be effectively and permanently neutered from acting for the company in any official capacity.

And yes, I keep looking for new tickers on Adnexus and Monoclonal Antibodies Inc daily now. Because, if they can't do anything on the ENZC front, they'd probably open publicly in a surprise move to act fast and freeze any bad actors out from even a lawsuit landing credibly. We know what the Adnexus ticker will be, but no idea about MABS-Tech.

Just my hunch there.

How they'd offer some form of new share discounts or conversions for current ENZC shareholders is completely unknown. There are a couple of ways to do that without Harry's permission, but its more complex than regaining control of ENZC, hence their priority to try it the ENZC route first.

Chandra may regret not taking that position of CEO first, as he could have helped take over far easier from within, when the SAGA shares were returned. That one still worries me.

very possible , time will tell. One thing for sure , Harry Z needs to be out of ANY Picture, no one can change "the spots on that Leopard" , he is what he is.
