His tantrum was long overdue; it speaks the the world that it took a 2nd tier reliever to show some spark and give the team a public kick in the azz. There's no veteran leadership on the diamond and a first year manager walking on blades of grass.
In contrast, you have Lindor saying he felt “something in my gut” that this was the right time to gather the roster. He must have an iron stomach if he couldn't see the time for this team to hash through stuff is weeks and weeks overdue. Or maybe, it's because his play this season is part of the core issue. Either way, it's a new low, with 100+ games left to suffer through.
