It appears that Harry is trying so hard to embellish any business not necessarily biotech at this time to raise the PPS back up after he caused the PPS to drop to trips from having dumped millions of shares the last two to three months.

Why is he doing this? Is he planning to dump more shares in the near future?

I understand he had to do this to get monies to pay bills, but how much does he need for a non-active biotech company at this time.

Yes, that's Sharabura pumping. Good luck making ITV-1, a non-working formula, into a more expensive Metformin product, and expect it to sell.
Right now, on most insurance plans, the Metformin prescriptions/pills are free.
So EZNC will make it into an unproven aerosol, more expensive at that, and expect it to sell?

I don't think they'll ever make it into anything, much less have it get anywhere close to the market. They'll have to promote it as a nutraceutical, and pray they don't get sued for some form of market violation for a controlled substance.
