I was told the same, directly. I hope to learn about some projected date for a new announcement from the CCC gang, as I can't see what is delaying the return of the SAGA shares.
If that happens and CCC does gain full ENZC control, plus a decent PR drop regarding new volunteer trials, or a patent approval approaching, or the partnership happening, I think this jumps back up to .05c pps, and will trickle back up from there.
I also saw where another analyst was 'directly told' that the share price right now, sans stock manipulations and illegal sell-offs, should be at .29c pps right now. I was directly told, weeks back, it should be at .31c pps. That's close and consistent enough to me, to allow me to think they do have a plan, but some kind of forecasting is about the only way they can make the shareholders confident again.
Not all shareholders, but many.
