OTC shells are a dime a dozen with much better share structures and the time and money involved are likely FAR less than pursuing a lengthy, drawn out lawsuit with Harry fighting like a kicking and screaming infant the entire way.

That isn't true most shell hijackings or custodianship - the filing cost about $500 and the Attorney another $1000.

But you better make the dormant or Zombie ticker doesn't have any baggage - and it there hasn't been a 15c file it is worthless.

I have never seen a hijacked shell that isn't about insider enrichment.

I wouldn't touch a hijacked shell.
