The allocations were made after the result of the bankruptcy. The plant was in there too, of course, as you know “certain assets” was immediately clarified as all assets.

Given you’re now accepting that everything was liquidated, turn the rest of these desperate creeps loose!

So when is the big payout coming and how are the last in line to be paid the common shareholders going to cut in line in front of the secured and unsecured creditors?

Why do you ignore the facts that the secured and unsecured creditors have been impaired and by definition the common shareholders are impaired. But you keep posting that not only will the common shareholders be made whole but they will also profit. That will never happen but you will be posting in 5 years the same nonsense.

That is why the SEC issued an alert/warning about Q stocks aren't for novice investors.
