Jut FYI- he is saying it was all liquidated, but they fraudulently kept assets in “other” companies no one knows about.

This is not the same as an “up front” payment representing a down payment on assets, despite they specifically told you this was the entire purchase price.

To be clear- if what you have been saying for the last 6 years is right, IE is completely wrong in his garbage bad faith post, OR, if there is truth to the hidden fraud with no employees “theory” from IE aka titanium_ox, then you have been 100% wrong the last six years.

Obviously both are wrong and akin to standup comedy, but wanted to be sure you were completely humiliated with that garbage post.
