If they have anything it likely is contingent upon approval this late in the game , otherwise I don’t see the point of not announcing it . So if it is contingent upon approval and there is no approval in June then ASM will mostly be about paying the officers/directors per current agenda and nothing about shareholders really

You're right, but if they are in discussions, they also signed confidentiality agreements that prevent any disclosure. When discussions come to fruition, they will announce it, but if nothing is agreed on, nothing will be said.
