Forgot to ask, and honestly forget at this point since my focus has been elsewhere. If those insider shares get returned to the 3C’s, does that give them control back? I remember a discussion where I thought it was said that the 3C’s combined inside shares were a higher % than Harry and the other Z combined. If so, they could force a new vote for control change back. The problem is Harry still remains then, so they’d need to offer him a deal to walk with his assets or another way to force him out. This clearly can’t move forward again with the Z’s involved at all.
