The Joint Venture buyout of our Talawaan Partner is scheduled for June 30th, 2024 -  We are hoping to hear back from the SEC shortly regarding the Reg. A - we were able to fund the majority with private placements (mostly insider) funds.  The spinoff details are TBD but we are seeking more clarity.  Very much appreciate your questions, comments, and patience as we push forward.
