So, if this IMO 🐷 ever flies, you think it will be because of the S-1? So you think they will apply for NASDAQ listing as a .05 cent, pink sheet penny stock? Again, IMO this theory doesn't make any sense.

Whatever happened to the spinoff thing that was supposedly coming around mid-April? No update, BIG NILS? You just let the date pass with no follow-up instead?

And "it's here" and them saying they will be meeting "with the aim to" work out details to finalize the audit are two entirely different things. Why the tepid language? Why not say we have a meeting "TO IRON OUT" any remaining details? Why the wimpy hedging language all the time, BIG NILS?

A lot of what was supposedly imminent in 2023 hasn't happened and you are already almost halfway through 2024. Time is one of the most valuable commodities that you don't want wasted in the stock universe.
